Meditation for Health & Relaxation

Meditation is a simple and effective way to improve your health and wellbeing. It reduces stress and anxiety, lowers blood pressure and heart rate, promotes healthy breathing and good sleep. Meditating also increases creativity and positivity.

Join our local class at The William Hobbayne Centre at 7-8pm on fortnightly Mondays to experience the benefits for yourself. Next date: May 5th (Bank Holiday Monday). Price £5. The Centre is on corner of St Dunstan’s Road and Lower Boston Road.

From here you can find out more about what is happening in the town and what the Hanwell Steering Group, local resident associations, Hanwell Carnival and other local bodies are doing in the area.

The website also provides a forum for residents to present their opinions about local issues such as planning applications, local amenities and changes to the area. The collective views of the residents can then be used as the driving force to ensure the feelings of the residents are heard and that any changes will best reflect our collective needs.
